Best time to visit: November to March

Species found: Great Indian one-horned rhino, wild buffalo, elephant, gaur, leopard cat, wild boar, civet, otter, swamp deer, sambar, tiger, python. pelican patridge, florican.

How to reach: Fly to Guwahati from Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Calcutta. Govt./Pvt. buses are available from Calcutta, Siliguri, Shillong, Itanagar, Tezpur, Nowgong and Guwahati.

Nearest town: Bokaghat (23 kms).

Where to Stay: Aranya, Bonani and Bonoshri lodges, Wild Grass Resort and tented accomodation.
